Public, machine-readable conflict-event corpus. Free for human visitors, AI-search crawlers, and link-preview bots. Training-crawler user-agents (GPTBot, ClaudeBot, CCBot, …) pay per request via x402 in USDC on Base, Polygon, or Avalanche C-Chain through three independent facilitators (xpay, Coinbase CDP, PayAI); see /x402 for the explainer and /x402.json for the machine-readable policy.
