• GET /v1/opportunity-changes — Call this when an agent holds EU/DACH funding calls (see /v1/opportunities) and needs what changed since a date: new calls, deadline moves with extraction basis, amount or title edits, and deadline-crossed closures, each dated to the daily snapshot that first showed it. Call /count (free) first: ftop_sedia changes most days, each DACH source about weekly. Own archive since 2026-05; field changes from 2026-08-24; DACH limited to crawled pages. Filters: since (required), until, source, kind. (0.02 USDC on Base)
• GET /v1/disaster-changes — Call this when an agent tracks GDACS disasters (see /v1/disaster-events) and needs what changed since a date: alert-level moves, is_current flips with how long the previous state held, and events entering or leaving Orange/Red scope, each dated to the daily snapshot that first showed it. GDACS publishes episode lists free but never when anything changed; these dates are ours, from 2026-08-25. Orange/Red only. Not for life-safety. Filters: since (required), until, kind, event_type. • GET /v1/opportunities — Call this when an agent needs currently-open EU or German/Austrian public funding calls for a company or project — e.g. to shortlist grants a startup could apply for, or to check what is open in a sector before drafting a proposal. Returns up to 50 normalized EU+DACH funding-opportunity records, refreshed daily. Filters: source, geography, equity_free, consortium_required, deadline_after, deadline_before, open_only. • GET /v1/disaster-events — Call this when an agent needs current significant global disaster events — e.g. before routing logistics or assessing exposure. Returns ALL matching normalized GDACS multi-hazard alerts (earthquake, cyclone, flood, volcano, drought, wildfire); one call returns the whole active set (~55-76 Orange/Red events/year). Refreshed daily 06:30 UTC (up to 24h old); not for life-safety use. Filters: source, event_type, alert_level, min_alert_score, iso3, current_only, from_date_after, from_date_before.
