x402 LLM Inference API

Pay-per-call OpenAI-compatible chat completions. Payment uses x402 v2 (scheme exact, USDC on eip155:8453). Call without payment to receive HTTP 402 with a base64 JSON challenge in the PAYMENT-REQUIRED header, sign it with an x402 client and retry with PAYMENT-SIGNATURE. Payment is settled only if the model call succeeds. See /llms.txt and /.well-known/x402.
